About Me

I want to help the people of Oklahoma, young and old, live the best lives they can live. I want to teach the skills needed to be successful, happy and comfortable at home, work and everywhere in between. I hold a bachelor of science degree in hotel/restaurant administration, a bachelor of science degree in nutrition and dietetics, and a master of science degree in nutrition. I also am a registered/licensed dietitian.
