USDA Resources
The USDA Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) provides leadership and direction for the fair and equitable treatment in all USDA federally conducted or federally assisted programs while ensuring the delivery of quality programs and enforcement of civil rights. USDA regulations and directives provide guidance on the implementation of federal nondiscrimination laws.
