I graduated from Oklahoma State with my bachelor's and master's in nutritional sciences. I have been credentialed as a registered dietitian since 2009. My primary duties involve developing and delivering food safety education. I utilize my background in nutrition, health, and wellness to increase awareness, knowledge, and adoption of at-home food safety best practices. I provide science-based recommendations and guidelines for safe food handling, preparation, storage, and home food preservation.
My favorite thing about OSU Extension is meeting people from various counties and communities, and I've made friendships with the people I've had the opportunity to work with. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, whether it's gardening or going for a long adventure to see new places with my family.
