Ottawa County Record Books
Ottawa County Record Books are designed for the 4-H Member and Cloverbud to document their 4-H project work and to be recognized at the County Achievement Celebration held at the end of the year. Quick link to all things related to your Ottawa County Record Book. As well as all forms that need to be turned in at the same time. Record Books are due Friday, July 18, 2025.
Record Book Forms
All forms below must be turned in at the same time as the Record Book.General County Record Book Guidelines
- Cloverbud Record Books are for ages 5-8 and/or Kindergarten through 2nd grade. CBs receive a participation award only.
- Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Record Books are for ages 9 & up and/or 3rd grade and up. One form for all 4-H ages.
- Seniors are encouraged to follow the rules for State 4-H Record books. SRs can use the State Record Book Form with our County Award Form or the County Record Book Form.
- 4-H'ers are awarded points for participating in county, district, and state 4-H events. Fill out this form to receive points towards next year's camps and events.
- 4-H'ers who have completed 3rd grade and up may apply to be a county officer or council member. Any 4-H member that wants to serve as an Ottawa County Officer must fill out this form.
- Scholarship available for Ottawa County 4-H members.
