Jamie Foster

Extension Administrative Support Specialist
About Me
A lifelong resident of Miami, Oklahoma, my professional journey with OSU Extension began in October of 2012, when I was hired as a program assistant. My duties included helping put together research-based programs and managing the office’s 4-H youth and volunteers. I transitioned to my current role in the Summer of 2016, which focuses primarily on doing whatever I can to assist clientele and help the Extension educators serve as many county residents as possible; from 4-H Online to equine activities, to fair entries, record books, county office finances and more. I also help manage our social media pages and maintain the county office website.
I say professional journey because I grew up on a farm and was actively involved in our 4-H horse club as a youth. I was also active in FFA. I am an alumna of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and reside in Miami with my husband and three children.
