Members shall declare one group and county for official purposes of membership. This includes but is not limited to county membership reporting, dues, award book submissions, OSU statistics reporting and voting eligibility. While members are welcome to attend meetings or participate in activities in other groups or counties, their official membership shall be recorded in only one group in their declared county. Members will list their group and county declaration on the membership form when dues are paid.
