Hard Rock Airport Transportation Information

1. Pickups are upper level for Hard Rock 
2. Deliveries/Drop offs are lower level for Hard Rock
3. Departures leave top of the hour, upon request
   
   1. For departure: if you flight is at 3:20pm, then we suggest 2pm, if not 1pm for departure time
   2. Guests should be at the Hotel lobby entrance 10 minutes prior to departure time, if you need to change or reschedule, please call (918) 384-7800
4. Pickups are only run if scheduled, by the guest, in advance
   
   1. You can schedule by calling valet at 918-384-7673 or 800-760-6700, they will ask for:
      
      1. Name
      2. Airline
      3. Flight Number
      4. Arrival Time
      5. Cell phone number 
   2. You can call the Hard Rock upon Arrival at the airport– approximate wait time varies up to 30 minutes.
5. Hard Rock Shuttles have capacity of 14 guests at a time.
6. Hard Rock Shuttles will be purple and black or white and black and clearly labeled with the Hard Rock Logo
