About the Program

Are you a veteran that wants to become involved in Ag production? Do you have a farm and are not sure what programs are out there to help you be successful? Then we invite you to attend one of the Ag Programs for Veteran workshops. During these workshops representatives from USDA (Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service), Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, and OSU Extension Service will outline and explain the many different programs that are available to you. Programs such as grants, loans, soil and forage testing, and general consultation will be explained.

There are eight different sites across the state. Just choose the one in your area. 

 

Meeting Locations and Dates

Each meeting is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

• October 4 at Ardmore
• October 6 at Vinita
• October 11 at Enid
• October 13 at Ponca City
• October 20 at Oklahoma City
• October 25 at Lawton
• October 27 at Tulsa
• November 1 at McAlester
