Rules

All FFA members participating in the Wagoner County Fair will follow the FFA Code of Ethics and must be included on the local FFA roster. The Wagoner County Fair is not responsible for the damage or loss of entries during the fair.

Academic Eligibility

1Youth who have been declared ineligible to participate in extracurricular activities by their local school administration will be declared ineligible to participate in this show.
Youth who are eligible on the first day of the Fair will be considered eligible through the duration of the Fair. Youth who are ineligible on the first day of the fair will be considered ineligible through the duration of the fair.
If an exhibitor is ineligible to participate in the fair for any reason, including rules of the OSSAA, the animals and other exhibits owned by the exhibitor are also ineligible for the fair.
Ineligible youth who participate in the fair will forfeit all fair awards and will be subject to disciplinary actions as provided by the local school policies.
It will be the responsibility of the local school administration to notify fair officials if a particular student is ineligible to participate.

Leadership
Agronomy
1. Exhibitors name and chapter must be on entry tag. All entries must be listed in entry book and exhibit tagged.
2. Entries are for individual FFA members only, must be a product of their own SAE and should be a product of their own productions; not purchased, borrowed, leased or received through a gift.
Horticulture
These exhibits must be Supervised Agricultural Experience program projects of the FFA members who exhibit in this department. All fruits and vegetables exhibited must be grown by the exhibitor must be a product of their own Supervised Agricultural Experience program; not purchased, borrowed, leased or received through gift. Pecans (large type in shell) exhibited in clear quart-size plastic bags only. Only one exhibit allowed in each class per individual. Displayed in their natural, unprocessed state. There are no chapter exhibits in this division, only individual exhibits. Exhibitor name and chapter must be on entry tag. All entries must be listed in entry book and exhibits tagged. Any exhibit not properly identified will be automatically disqualified. Exhibits of over-ripe and poor quality will not be judged. All measurements and sizes specified are approximate according to industry standards. All exhibits must not have been exhibited previously at the Tulsa State Fair. The Superintendent reserves the right to not display any exhibits. Exhibits which are showing signs of stress or damage may be removed with approval of the Superintendent. Exhibitors provide their own containers for exhibits. All edible horticulture exhibits will be donated to an area food bank or other charitable group if possible, and may not be displayed based on the decision of the superintendent. Ribbons will be placed on the top 10 in each class.
