About Me

My duties as a nutrition education assistant include recruiting, exercise programs, food experiences and teaching nutrition to members of the community ranging from ages 3rd grade to senior citizen. I manage the Fresh Start, Teen Cuisine, Kik it Up and Coordinated Approach to Child Health programs.

 

I am originally from Marietta, Oklahoma, and enjoy the quietness of living out in the country. I spend my free time with my husband and our family fishing or crafting. We have 2 dogs - Bullet and Scout, and a cat named Nacho. I spent my whole childhood in 4-H and FFA, whether it was showing pigs or going to conventions. My favorite part about being with OSU Extension is the camaraderie and making a difference in someone's life.
