Taxodium distichum
This large Oklahoma native will lose its leaves in the fall after turning a russet
or coppery-bronze and can easily grow to 70’ high with a 30’ spread. Tolerant of both
wet and dry soils, Bald Cypress makes an outstanding specimen, street tree, or pond-side
grove.
