Your classic fry with a twist! This crunchy, satisfying side is a great way to explore roasted root veggies.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 medium rutabaga
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of Truffle Salt

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400◦
  2. Peel rutabaga with vegetable peeler
  3. Slice rutabaga into a French fry style cut.
  4. Drizzle cut rutabaga with extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt. Spread rutabaga onto parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and season with truffle salt to desired taste.
