Roasted Garlic Grilled Vegetables
Roasted garlic grilled vegetables are a great side dish for steak or any other entrées.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups zucchini, cut in 1½-inch pieces
- 2 cups mushrooms, cut in 1½-inch pieces
- 2 cups onion cut in 1½-inch slices
- 2 cups red bell pepper, cut in 1½-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic Montreal chicken seasoning
Directions
- Toss cut vegetables with seasoning and oil.
- Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or place on skewers and grill directly over medium-hot coals.
- Grill uncovered 12-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
Yield 8 servings.
