Roasted garlic grilled vegetables are a great side dish for steak or any other entrées.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups zucchini, cut in 1½-inch pieces
  • 2 cups mushrooms, cut in 1½-inch pieces
  • 2 cups onion cut in 1½-inch slices
  • 2 cups red bell pepper, cut in 1½-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic Montreal chicken seasoning

 

Directions

  1. Toss cut vegetables with seasoning and oil.
  2. Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or place on skewers and grill directly over medium-hot coals.
  3. Grill uncovered 12-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.

 

Yield 8 servings.
