Plum Cobbler
Try out this plum cobbler for a fresh, fun dessert!
Ingredients

4 cups fresh, pitted, unpeeled plums, sliced

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 beaten egg
-
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions

Preheat oven to 375oF.

Spray a 10-inch by 10-inch casserole with nonstick vegetable spray. Mix cut
plums with 1/2 cup brown sugar in casserole dish.

In medium bowl mix granulated sugar, remaining brown sugar, salt and
cinnamon. Add beaten egg. Mix until crumbly.

Spread egg mixture over plums in casserole dish. Drizzle with melted butter
or margarine. -
Bake at 375oF for 45 minutes.
Serves 9.
