Peach or Nectarine Sorbet
A sweet way to cool off with this chilly treat recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 peaches or nectarines, peeled and pitted
- 1-1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Pour into freezer can of an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
