A sweet way to cool off with this chilly treat recipe!


Ingredients:A clear glass full of orange sorbet on a wooden table with a peach next to it.

  • 4 peaches or nectarines, peeled and pitted
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar



  1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into freezer can of an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
