How to make Lemon Charge using either sugar or a sugar substitute for a fruity drink.

  • 1/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or equivalent sweetening power of sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free lemon yogurt



In a blender blend the strawberries, sugar or sugar substitute and a small amount of milk together. Turn off blender and add the rest of the milk and the yogurt. Blend until frothy.
