Infuse your choice of herb in fresh honey for extra flavor.


A jar of honey.



  • 2 cups honey
  • 2 to 3 herb sprigs, cleaned and dried



  1. Place herb sprigs into a container with a well-fitting lid. Add the honey. Seal tightly.
  2. Let herbs steep in honey for five to seven days for flavor to develop.
  3. Remove herbs from the honey. Strain honey. Store, tightly covered, in a cook, dry area.
