Grilled Chicken and Fruit Salad
Tired of plain, bland healthy food? Add extra flavors and colors to your favorite grilled chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 8 cups torn Romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 11-ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 4 ounces grilled or smoked chicken or turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 120-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
Directions
- Toss lettuce, Mandarin oranges, chicken or turkey, raisins and pineapple in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently.
