Add some extra flavor to dessert by following this recipe to make a grape dessert salad.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) softened Neufchatel cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted pecans

 

Directions

  1. Wash grapes, drain and pat dry. Cut each grape in half.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla until well mixed.
  3. Gently stir in grapes.
  4. Combine brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over grape mixture.
