Grape Dessert Salad
Add some extra flavor to dessert by following this recipe to make a grape dessert salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) softened Neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons toasted pecans
Directions
- Wash grapes, drain and pat dry. Cut each grape in half.
- In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla until well mixed.
- Gently stir in grapes.
- Combine brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over grape mixture.
