Indulge in these rich, fudgy Gluten-Free Zucchini Brownies—an easy, healthier dessert made with wholesome ingredients and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened chocolate chips 

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish. 
  2. In a medium bowl, stir the zucchini together with the eggs.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour brownie batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes and enjoy!
