2 cups strawberries washed, stems removed 1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 pinch salt
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
