Fruit and Yogurt Brulee
This fruit and yogurt brulee makes for a great breakfast or snack anytime!
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced fresh fruit such as chopped strawberries, apples, blueberries; well-drained canned fruits such as sliced peaches or pineapple chunks; or thawed, unsweetened frozen fruits
- 1 container (8 ounces) lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 2-1/2 to 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar Dash of cinnamon or allspice (optional)
Directions

Preheat broiler.

Divide fruit among four 6-ounce oven-proof
custard cups.

Divide yogurt among cups. Spread to an even
layer over fruit.

Sprinkle approximately 2 teaspoons brown sugar over each serving.

Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source, about 1 to 3 minutes or until sugar is
melted. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
