Corn & Black Bean Soup

1-1/2 cups canned or frozen corn, drained if canned
2 cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups no salt added canned stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cups no salt added canned diced tomatoes, undrained
4 green onions, sliced
1 small or 1/2 large green pepper, sliced
4 ribs celery, diced
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 clove garlic, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
