Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Try out this fun take on a simple classic chicken salad sandwich.
Ingredients

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts 1/2 cup chopped apples, unpeeled

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

8 slices raisin bread

4 pieces leaf lettuce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bread and lettuce and mix. Make sandwiches with bread and lettuce.
