Buttermilk Dressing
Buttermilk dressing works great as a dipping sauce or salad dressing, make your own at home using this recipe.
Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon grated garlic
Directions
- Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, wine vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt. Stir in chives and garlic. Refrigerate until needed.
Yield: 2 cups (16 2-tablespoon servings)
