Whether you are craving sweet treat in the summer to go with a scoop of ice cream or a warm dessert in the winter, this blueberry cobbler recipe is perfect for any season.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 quart blueberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss blueberries, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour together in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Add milk and mix until just moistened and coarse dough forms.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough across the blueberries in the pie pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden and the berry mixture is bubbly.
