Blueberry Cobbler
Whether you are craving sweet treat in the summer to go with a scoop of ice cream or a warm dessert in the winter, this blueberry cobbler recipe is perfect for any season.
Ingredients
- 1 quart blueberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss blueberries, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour together in a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a medium bowl whisk together 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Add milk and mix until just moistened and coarse dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough across the blueberries in the pie pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden and the berry mixture is bubbly.
