Resources for Caregivers
Are you providing care for a family member who is aging or sick? If you said yes,
you may be a family caregiver. You may have heard of this term before, but what does
it actually mean? A family caregiver is someone who provides care for a loved one.
This person typically has not received any kind of training for this care nor are
they being paid for their help.

that there are over 43.5 million Americans who are providing care for a loved one.
Eighty-four percent of these caregivers say they need more information and training
to be able to provide quality training for their loved one. That is okay! You may

This is where we can help! We have several fact sheets that help you get started on your caregiving journey.
