About Me

I received a degree in psychology from Tulsa Community College and became a certified nutritionist through Iowa State University. I served as an early childhood educator at a private school for 13 years and also worked in the catering business. These experiences ultimately led me to working with families and children in a home setting through the George Kaiser Family Foundation.

 

As a nutrition education assistant, I help mothers encourage their kids to eat healthy. I work with adults one on one, which provides a wonderful hands-on, educational experience. I primarily teach in our Educare programs, which focus on low-income families.

 

Learning how to eat healthy is information everyone deserves to know. I take pride in giving advice and sharing obtainable goals that have long-lasting effects on many families.
