Diabetes Prevention Program
You can manage your risk for type 2 diabetes.
Attend a CDC led National Diabetes Prevention Program put on by your own local OSU Extension.
This is an evidenced-based change program for preventing type 2 diabetes.
This year-long program helps participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, adding physical activity into daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills.
Small steps make a big difference in helping you live a longer, healthier life.
To see if you are at risk, take the quiz.
