About Me

I am a Registered Dietitian who focuses on programming efforts on topics related to nutrition, health, wellness, food safety, diabetes education, food preservation, and the like subjects. I completed my undergraduates at Oklahoma State University in Nutrition and Dietetics and my master's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Nutrition and Food Science. My personal mission is to serve and educate individuals in my community on how to make healthy and sustainable lifestyle choices for all ages including youth, adult, and older adults.
