Senior Hall of Fame Requirements
- County 4-H Record Book or Oklahoma Report Form completed
- Record Book Interview Completed
- Application submitted
- Held one county leadership position in the past year
- Two Seniors 4-H Members are selected each year
- You may only be inducted into the Hall of Fame once
Junior and Senior age categories are set by the State 4-H Program and can be found on the 4-H Youth Development homepage.
Junior Hall of Fame Requirements
- County 4-H Record Book completed
- Record Book Interview Completed
- Application submitted
- Held one local or county leadership position in the past year
- Two Junior 4-H Members are selected each year
- You may only be chosen as the Outstanding Junior once.
Junior and Senior age categories are set by the State 4-H Program and can be found on the 4-H Youth Development homepage.
Project Pin Requirements
- Must complete a record book, with 4-H Story, and photo pages in the project listed.
- Must learn at least 2 (or more) new things learned in the reported project.
- Participate in at least 3 learning experiences in the reported project.
- Show work done in the reported project.
- Have at least one citizenship or leadership activity (may be in any project).
- A 4-H’er can receive only 2 county Project Pins each year.
Rising Star Award
- Nominated by the 4-H Club Leader
- Any 4-H member that shows potential
- Usually but not exclusively given to members who are younger or new and have not applied for any other awards
- No limit on how many can be nominated
Star Requirements
- Completed work in 2 different projects
- Participated in one county event
- Gave a speech/presentation at local club
- Attended 50% of local meetings
- Exhibits entries at county or state fair (at least 3)
All-Star Requirements
- Participated in two county events
- Completed work in 3 different projects
- Gave a speech or illustrated presentation at local club
- Gave a speech or illustrated presentation/workshop at county, district or state level
- Attended 75% of local monthly meetings
- Exhibits entries at county or state fair (at least 5)
- County 4-H Record Book or Oklahoma Report Form completed
Super All-Star Requirements
- Participated in four county events
- Completed work in 6 different projects
- Gave a speech or illustrated presentation at local club
- Gave a speech or illustrated presentation/workshop at county, district or state level
- Attended 75% of local monthly meetings
- Exhibits made at county or state fair (at least 10)
- County 4-H Record Book or Oklahoma Report Form completed
- Shared skills learned in 4-H with 3 individuals
Outstanding 4-H Club Requirements
Awarded to the club with the most record book submissions
Includes County and State level report forms; must complete the interview to count; one point per youth, not per book.
Outstanding Supporter of the Year
Donors who have supported the county 4-H program and have not received the award in the previous three years.
Outstanding Exhibitor
- Awarded to one junior and one senior each year
- The 4-H’er who won the most 1st place ribbons in the county fair

Senior Leadership and New Mexico Leadership Retreat
- County 4-H Record Book or Oklahoma Report Form completed
- Record Book Interview Completed
- Awarded to the Sr 4-H’er with the highest score in the Leadership section of their record book
- Must meet the requirements to attend the New Mexico Leadership Retreat according to the State 4-H Office

Senior Citizenship and Citizen Washington Focus
- County 4-H Record Book or Oklahoma Report Form completed
- Record Book Interview Completed
- Awarded to the Sr 4-H’er with the highest score in the Civic Engagement section of their record book
- Must meet the requirements to attend the Citizen Washington Focus trip according to
the State 4-H Office
