About Me
I hold a bachelor of science degree in health and human performance with an emphasis in clinical wellness and minor in human ecology from Northeastern State University and a master of education degree in administration from East Central University. I have an Oklahoma teaching license in physical education/health/safety and certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a physical activity in public health specialist. I also hold a Crossfit Level 1 and Crossfit Kids certifications.
Currently, I manage the OSU Extension Cooperative Agreement with U.S. Centers for Disease Control. The project’s objectives are to work with local Extension offices and community partners to increase access to healthier foods, as well as access to safe and accessible places for physical activity in Adair and Muskogee counties.
