Requirements
To receive a medal (may receive up to two medals each year):
Be enrolled in 4-H Online, in the project you are reporting on.
Complete all pages of the Record Book.
Participate in at least 8 club, county, district or state events during the year.
Prepare at least 2 or more items for exhibit including 2 county fair exhibits, excludes livestock entries in the fair. Must be two entries in the indoor 4-H section of the fair.
Present at least one speech or demonstration in any project area.
Provide at least one form of leadership in any project area.
Participate in at least one citizenship activity in any project area.
Write your 4-H Story.
Complete a page of photos.
Record Book is due May 29, 2020 to your Club Leader or to the Extension Office.
To receive a Participation Certificate in a project area (may receive up to two participation certificates each year):
Be enrolled in 4-H and paid enrollment fee.
Include information on the record book but does not meet the minimum requirements for medal. Write your 4-H Story.
