The Vision
The Vision Oklahoma 4-H will be recognized as a national leader in developing youths’ abilities to become productive citizens and catalysts for positive change to meet the needs of a diverse and changing society.
The Mission
4-H, the youth development program of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service, provides opportunities for all youth to reach their fullest potential by developing and enhancing skills for living.
