About Me

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in vocational home economics education and community services from Oklahoma State. My role in OSU Extension consists of sewing, healthy lifestyle education, nutrition, finances and leadership within both family and consumer sciences and 4-H areas.

I am originally from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, but my family moved to Oregon while in college. I worked for Hancock Fabrics in my early career years and was invited to present sewing demonstrations/programs to several Oklahoma Home and Community Education groups through Extension. I enjoy the flexibility and ability to teach a variety of programs to Oklahomans. While those of us in Extension are working in our own counties, we also work together across the state.
