9 am -6 pm: Entry of Jackson County resident 4-H & FFA & Open Class non-livestock exhibits at Expo Center

8 am - 10 am: Entry of Jackson County resident 4-H & FFA & Open Class non-livestock exhibits at Expo Center (entries close @ 10 am)
1:00 pm: Judging 4-H & FFA & Open Class non-livestock exhibits (closed to the public)
3:00-6:00 pm Check in Chickens and Bleed
4:00-5:30 pm: Commercial Booths/Exhibits Set-Up
6:00 pm: Expo Center Closes
8:00 pm: Great Plains Stampede Rodeo

8:00 am: Fair opens to the public
9 am-3 pm: Lions Club Children Vision Screening
8:30-9:30 am: Rabbit Show Check In
9:00 am: Bucket Calf Program Contest
9:30 am: Tractor Pedal Pull Contest
10:00 am: Beautiful Baby Contest
10:00 am: Rabbit Costume Contest, followed by showmanship and rabbit show
11:00 am: BBQ Contest Judging
11:30 am: Turtle Races
12 pm-1 pm: People’s Choice Judging BBQ Contest - Purchase a bracelet and receive a plate! Vote for your favorite!!
1:00 pm: Open Jr and 4-H Cupcake Decorating Team Contest
2:00 pm: “Parade of the Longhorns” north parking lot
2:00 pm: 4-H Dog Club Demonstration
3 pm-6 pm: Release of Non-Livestock Exhibits, and Poultry
3 pm-6 pm: Commercial Booths/Exhibits released
5:00 pm: Cattle Show cards due
6:00 pm: Jackpot Livestock Show Cattle in Main Arena
8:00 pm: Great Plains Stampede Rodeo
9:00 pm: Expo Exhibit Hall closes. Building locks 30 minutes after Jackpot Show ends

First Place fair vouchers must be redeemed at Frazer Bank by October 1, 2024.

Vouchers will NOT be mailed.

Vouchers can be picked up during the fair or at the Jackson County OSU Extension Office.
