About Me

I came from a family of educators who stressed the importance of life-long learning. OSU Extension is in the business of providing life-long education, so it seemed like a natural fit. A great way of looking at the value that Extension has on our clientele is summed up in Dr. Maya Angelou’s saying: "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." I’m glad I can help adults and youth know how to do better! I attended Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Oklahoma, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in home economics.
