About Me
I grew up in the Extension program. My mom and dad were involved; my cousins were educators. Growing up hearing stories about 4-H from both of my parents, as well as many family members, I knew I had to give it a try. I fell in love and was an active 4-H member for nine years in Custer County. My main 4-H project was citizenship, where I won the project area. I also was in the Blue Award group and Oklahoma State 4-H Key Club. I knew the best way to give back to the organization that gave me so much was to become an educator.
My goal as an educator is to equip 4-H’ers with life skills that they will be able to take with them long after they are in 4-H. I hold a bachelor of science degree in agriculture business from Oklahoma State University.
