About Me
I love educating youth and adults about nutrition, cooking and staying healthy. I would love for everyone to know about extension and what their local office can do for them.
I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma in nutrition, dietetics and food management. I also am a registered and licensed dietitian.
