Practical, Workshop and Re-certification Dates
Links will become live 6-8 weeks prior to the actual practical date. You must pass the core exam and the appropriate category exam(s) at PSI before enrolling in a practical class. Dates are subject to change. Due to food processing regulations 7a practical requires long pants and closed toe shoes to participate in the class.
