This recipe is the perfect mixture of vegetables to make your new favorite soup.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup baby carrots
3/4 cup celery, sliced
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cups lower sodium, fat free beef broth or water
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups chopped green cabbage
1 cup frozen cut green beans or Italian beans
2 cups cooked macaroni
Directions
Place all ingredients except pasta in a large soup kettle. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
