Ingredients
Salad
4 cups mixed spring greens
1 orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into bit-sized pieces
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced red onion
3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
Dressing
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions
Combine greens, orange, celery, and red onion in a large bowl.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients, Whisk until well blended and drizzle over greens. Toss gently.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
