Add some extra flavor to dessert by following this recipe to make a grape dessert salad.
Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes
2 ounces (1/4 cup) softened Neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons toasted pecans
Directions
Wash grapes, drain and pat dry. Cut each grape in half.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla until well mixed.
Gently stir in grapes.
Combine brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over grape mixture.
