Ingredients
2 cups diced strawberries
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced small radishes
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ripe avocado, diced
Directions
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except avocado. Refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
Just before serving gently mix in diced avocado.
