The application form for Class XXIII will be available in February 2027.

Candidates Must:

• Be 25 years of age or older
• Reside in Oklahoma
• Be actively engaged in production agriculture or in an agribusiness occupation
• Agree to attend all seminars unless prevented by serious illness or family emergency
• Pay the $2,000 participation fee (partial scholarships may be available)
• Self-employed persons involved in agricultural production and agricultural business may qualify for a waiver of a portion of this fee
