4-H members may have one exhibit per class. The exhibitor’s name and county must be on the back of the display board.

Classes 1-8 are exhibits of ten (10) native or introduced, annual, biennial, or perennial plants mounted on plywood, pegboard, or other suitable material no larger than 3’ x 4’. Two holes 1/2 inch in diameter and 1 inch from the top should be drilled in the board to facilitate displaying the exhibit. Exhibitor must sign and date the board on the back.
Plant specimens must have been collected during the current project year.
Single plants or bundles should not exceed 1 inch in diameter. No plant should extend above or below the display board. Plants must be labeled with the common name. Judges will use references listed above.
Label with letters approximately 1/2 inch high. Labels may be placed above, below or across the plants.

Class 3. Forages with desirable browsing value for wildlife (can be one species or multiple on board but species must be identified)
