Biography

Courtney Arnall serves as the communications and marketing/4-H Youth Development educator for Payne County with OSU Extension. In this role, she supports youth development programming while also assisting with communications, marketing and outreach efforts that connect community members with Extension resources.

Courtney attended Eastern Oklahoma State College, where she earned an associate’s degree in agricultural communications. She also holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in agricultural communications from OSU.

Her primary areas of focus include youth programs, marketing and communications, leadership development, business development, volunteer programs and public speaking. She works closely with 4-H members, volunteers and community partners to strengthen youth leadership and communication skills.

She manages and presents several programs, including 4-H record book keeping, 4-H public speaking programming and contests, and 4-H school enrichment programs. Courtney also supports communications and marketing initiatives and business development efforts that help expand Extension programming and community engagement in Payne County.
