About Me

My enthusiasm for nutrition started with my parents and continued to grow while being involved my local 4-H club. I love connecting with people and helping others improve the quality of their lives. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program allows me to help low-income families become more secure in their food and nutrition choices. My mission is to make a positive change in the lives of the people in Garfield County by sharing research-based information with them on the importance of good nutrition and helping them enjoy eating healthy foods.
