Oklahoma Wine Production

A project conducted at the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center, the Enology lab aims to strengthen the quality of Oklahoma wines. The Enology Lab is a sister lab to the Fruit and Vegetable Products Laboratory, directed by Dr. William McGlynn.
