Sow, Grow, Give

In celebration of Oklahoma Gardening's momentous 50th anniversary in 2025, we are excited to announce our Plant-A-Row campaign. This special program encourages home gardeners across the state to dedicate an extra row in their garden to growing fresh produce for donation to local food banks and pantries. By participating in Plant-A-Row, you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of fellow Oklahomans facing food insecurity. When planning your garden for the 2025 season, simply allocate additional space for an extra row of your favorite fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Once your crops are ripe and ready, harvest the extra produce from your Plant-A-Row and donate it to a participating food bank or pantry in your community. We kindly ask that you fill out the online form to record your donation.
